I was one of just 35 educators across North America selected to be a part of the 2025-2027 Grosvenor Teacher Fellowship cohort! The crab tasted even better since we spent a couple hours doing manual labor and moving things for the contractors to start tomorrow on the new deck 🙌
Tonight ❤️ Tonight Mom came over to celebrate Tonight ❤️ Tonight Mom came over to celebrate a belated Mother’s Day. We ate a tacos, gave simple gifts, watched Kade run around the house, enjoyed the sunset and watched some hockey. I’ve never been one of those girls that “dreamed” and planned out my life. I mean, sure, there were little daydreams; but I honestly never planned out my wedding or longed for the kids I’d have one day. But in all those “non-dreams” I always envisioned this. A life sitting here, on the deck, watching this sunset. My Mom blessed me with the ability to slow down and appreciate the natural world. I am so grateful, and I hope one day my own kid will have that same love and wonder- I think we’re well on the way!
Last weekend was everything ❤️ I got to see s Last weekend was everything ❤️ I got to see some of my favorite people. The kind where you can pickup where you left off but have also “grown up” together. We did “do” much other than spend time catching up, did a hilarious craft, planned future times together and ate some delicious food, but it was perfect. I’m so thankful to have such strong and encouraging people in my corner!
