Frozen Mixed Berries

Honey or Agave Nectar

Honey Greek Yogurt
Instructions
French Toast
Preheat skillet or griddle to Medium-High heat and spray with oil or coat with butter.
Whisk together eggs, milk, orange juice, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Dip the bread in the mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
Place dipped bread onto skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Berry Compote
Preheat skillet or griddle to Medium-High heat and spray with oil or coat with butter.
Place berries into skillet and top with honey or agave.
Once bubbling, reduce heat and use a spoon to slightly mash the fruit.
Remove from heat and transfer to French Toast.
Topping
Top with a dollop of Greek Yogurt and a spoonful of Berry Compote.
If you want to save the compote for later, transfer it to a jar or container. Store in the fridge and reheat to serve
